This is interesting because I am certainly an extravert but I find that trying to work hard in the presence of others is very difficult for me, perhaps because I want to interact instead of work. I always hear that introverts don't dislike being around people, they just dislike too much actual interaction, attention and conversation with people, so maybe that's where this comes from!?
