Guest On Coffee Break with Neil Damgaard Podcast | Music - What We Think of It
I had the privilege of joining Dr. Neil Damgaard on his podcast - Coffee Break with Neil Damgaard - the other night and we had a blast discussing music.
I recently started working with Neil to produce his podcast which is now some 90+ episodes deep (I’ve only produced the last two). In order to kill two birds with one stone, he asked me to join him for an episode to both chat about our love for music and our current thoughts about it as christians, but also to help him learn how to set up and use Garage Band and his recording set up so he knows how to properly record episodes on his own in the future.
I think the episode sounds awesome and I’m proud of the way it turned out. Neil is a great podcast host and does an amazing job of staying on topic, keeping the discussion flowing and concise, and not going down too may tangential rabbit holes.
On this episode in particular, we discuss our shared love of music; the current, past, and future state of music in church; and if music can be unedifying for a christian - among other bits and bobs.
Listen in if you share our love for music, and make sure to subscribe for more insightful and thought-provoking episodes about all sorts of topics from the great Dr. Neil Damgaard and friends.
