What's on my iPhone | Minimalist iOS 16 Edition
YouTube told me this would be a good idea for a video...
Last week I wrote about how I was keeping the iPhone 13 Pro and not upgrading this year.
I am still very happy with that decision and I’m interested to know if I will be tempted to upgrade next year or keep this phone for a few more years. Hopefully the latter, as keeping an iPhone for 4 years or more is the only way to actually get the best value out of the cost of the phone. Here is a great video that explains how to get the best bang for your buck when it comes to buying new iPhones. (But watch my video first! :P)
But I digress!
While researching what videos would work well for my audience on YouTube, the
“Research” section told me that “What’s on my iPhone” would be a great video. I’ve always loved watching others do these, so I figured it was time to make my own.
You’ll find that I probably have more apps on my phone than you would think a minimalist would, but it really comes down to if they are used every day or not.
I do need to give my phone a good cleaning again, but I wanted to share what was on my phone without any prep work ahead of time. What you see in this video is what you would see on my phone if you stopped me today and asked to look through what I’ve got on there.
You’ll see I have a heavy focus on photography and work-related apps and I haven’t quite set up a big chunk of time to work through the focus modes made possible by iOS 15. Maybe one day.
Would love to hear your thoughts in the comments! Thanks for reading/watching and please subscribe to my channel to be the first to know about new videos I release.
